Fabrication

Pipe & Structural
We specialise in all areas of steel pipe fabrication from small stainless & galvanised pipes through to large MSCL pipe. We fabricate pipe spool pieces, flanges, cut and join all size pipes either in house at our state-of-the-art workshop facility or on site with our complete range of site equipment and machinery.

Whether it’s a carbon steel pipe or component or welding of stainless pipe in all ranges and schedule sizes

EFW/ERW Pipe and fittings
Electric resistance welding (ERW) refers to a group of welding processes such as spot and seam welding that produce coalescence of faying surfaces where heat to form the weld is generated by the electrical resistance of material combined with the time and the force used to hold the materials together during welding

Electric Fusion Welding (EFW) steel pipe refers to an electron beam welding, the use of high-speed movement of the electron beam directed impact kinetic energy is converted to heat the workpiece so that the workpiece leaving the melt, the formation of the weld.

Pressure Vessels
Many industries use pressure vessels to transfer or store gas or liquid under high pressure, as shown here. Because of the critical nature of pressure vessel applications, welds undergo rigorous quality checks, which can include X-ray inspection and certification

Pipe rolling-DSAW
DSAW pipes is generated in the carbon steel smelting defect smelting and casting process, such as segregation, non-metallic inclusions, porosity, shrinkage and cracks.
Double Submerged Arc Welded (DSAW) steel pipe is available in straight and spiral welded formats and used in a variety of applications. The submerged welding process protects the steel from contamination of impurities in the air. Both inside and outside welds are performed.

Protective Coatings
In addition, there are also four types of protective coatings for metal: barrier, inhibitive, sacrificial, and combination. Barrier coatings protect metal by preventing water, oxygen, and electrolyte from coming in contact with the underlying metal. Inhibitive coatings contain chemicals that hinder corrosion
Types of Coatings:
  • Polyurethane Coating
  • Epoxy Coatings
  • Alkyd Coating
  • Zinc-Rich Coating
  • Acrylic Coating

Mild and stainless steel
We Fabricate your project needs from different types of stainless steel or mild steel, our engineers and draftman can assist with your project needs.
The basic difference is between the two is that mild steel (also called low carbon steel or black steel) is alloyed using carbon whereas stainless steel is aStainless Steellloyed with chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other elements to improve its mechanical and chemical properties. The two different alloy sets produce very different results especially in terms of rust or corrosion resistance, but also in terms of malleability and ease of fabrication, as well as cost. Stainless Steel gets its name from the feature that its surface is not easily stained or rusted.
